Message	I remember watching an episode (sad, I know) and he's giving this long winded answer to some woman why her husband lost sexual interest in her. Throughout all the emotional babbling he gave, not once did he bring up the fact that she used to be 5'2 100 lbs and now she's 5'2 190 lbs.
